If you’ve been following me on Snapchat, you would know how amazing my recent trip to the city of lakes was. I spent five nights amidst the stunning views of Lake Pichola and Fateh Sagar Lake in utmost luxury at the Royal Retreat Resort and Spa. Udaipur in the month of August is humid and pleasant at night. This time I had planned on exploring the places that I had missed last time. And that’s when I realised that one cannot truly explore any place till the time you stay in a place for long – living like a local. Making the most of my trip this time, I visited the Monsoon Palace, Bagore Ki Haveli, Kalka Devi Temple and Jag Mandir. Keeping it simple, I carried all Indo-western wear for Udaipur and carried fancy earrings to complete my look. Scroll down for an Indo-western tale in the city of lakes – Udaipur.
